Are you still looking for a job? Yeah it is really a pain in the ass to find a job. In fact, you will need to wore out first your shoes before you can ever land a job.
Don't worry even me went through that hardship before.
Well, what you can do is to try out the call canter industry. Right now there are a lot of them. Here are some tips/ways if you want to enter this industry.
The first thing that you should have is good to excellent english communication skills.
- You should be very conversant.
- You should be straight forward.
- You should be confident.
- You should learn to properly listen to the person you are talking with.
- You should have proper grammar and sentence construction.
- Accent should be neutral.
Secondly, you should have a very long patience. Believe me, you really needed a lot of patience.
Next, practice professionalism.
Forth, improve your typing skills and multi tasking. Learn how to do multiple things at the same time.
And lastly, don't forget to practice and practice speaking in English. Watch English movies or programs so that you will be familiar with different English accents.
Sounds easy right? Well actually it is not. It takes effort and practice to master those skills specially if you are a newbie. But in due time you will get the hang of it.
With perseverance you will be having a great career and a great opportunity in this industry. Just don't forget to love your job. Because a job is still a job.
